Ben Lythe
I am a former professional athlete and specialise in fitness, strength and conditioning. I can help you to get fitter, tone up or reach that personal goal or achieve that result you have always wanted.
I am available to work with you 1-on-1 or in small groups to achieve your fitness and conditioning goals. I will make your sessions interesting and enjoyable – the aim is to have fun while working hard to achieve your goals.
I can tailor the programme to suit your lifestyle and fitness needs -including the length and intensity of any session. I offer a mobile service, so I can come to you or you can book in at my studio.
